SUMMER READING PROGRAM 2011 RULES
1. SRP is open to children ages 1-12.
2. To earn a certificate, children must read 10 books. Children who are not yet reading may earn a certificate if someone reads to them.
3. Any child who earns a certificate, 2011 One World, Many Stories commemorative coin and register for the end-of-summer drawing.
4. Children who are reading novels and other longer books may choose to count number of pages instead of the number of books, with 30 pages counting as one book. Thus it takes 300 pages to earn a certificate. Note: Children may count books or pages, but not both.
5. For 15 books (or 450 pages), the child earns – Ribbon & Build-A-Bear coupon.
6. For 20 books (or 600 pages), the child earns –Tattoo and a door hanger
7. For 25 books (or 750 pages), the child earns – Silly Band and Chic-Fil-A coupon.
8. For 30 books (or 900 pages), the child earns – A drinking Cup
9. For each subsequent 10 books (or 300 pages), the child earns a prize from the toy chest.
